I attached the signal-wires of the y-axis to the driver-board of the extruder.
Using the replicatorG-control panel, I sent commands to move the y-axis, which - in reality - moved the stepper motor of the extruder. Therefore i know that both the stepper motor and the driver-board work.
I hope this is understandable…
