[Screeninvader] Build back to green

I fixed the screeninvader build and build instructions  
(https://github.com/screeninvader/Screeninvader/wiki/How-to-build-a-ScreenInvader-sd-card-image).  
That means it's a real good time to hack on the screeninvader.
I plan to integrate breezy (http://metalab.at/wiki/Breezy) into the  
screeninvader alongside shairport - which means direct from desktop  
streaming for linux using breezy and for mac (and windows with third-party  
tools) using airport.
Additionally i will remove support for torrents (peerflix) and for ipfs.
