[Screeninvader] Using luajit to bundle Lua bytecode, instead of objcopy/otool ..

actually i think including the compiled bytecode as a header is the right  
way to do it.
also fixing janosh to build with clang is an interesting option - let's  
sit together and fix it when you're back on your feet?
