[Screeninvader] Screeninvader License

I read through the license stuff and i think the AGPL is a nice idea. Its 
useful to get the code of the other users back into the Screeninvader.
So I am totally for changing !!!

But since the Screeninvader will be hosts inside private LAN's I think it will 
be hard to track the changes if we don"t implement a "call-home" function.
Otherwise we have to hope that the users will push their changes to us.

And we could definitely use the approach from openscad for the license change.
