[Metalab] Call for a Programmers, Solving the conflict between transparency and commercial rights & it's consequences.

Hallo Metalab,

I am max & need help with an idea that could solve a (big) problem in the infrastructure of chemical(food, drugs, cosmetics) safety studies. (and  maybe play part in solving a possible infertility crisis)

The Problem:
Basically companies complain about competitors stealing their profit if research data is published immediately. But they don't publish at all & even fabricate https://theintercept.com/2018/07/31/3m-pfas-minnesota-pfoa-pfos/ (this is by far no single case)

There is a way to circumvent the conflict between transparency regarding studies & confidentiality, competition and losing IPR.

The Solution:
By simply publishing encrypted research data already in the process of the study, data integrity, what data is used and confidentiality can be ensured at the same time.  More about it can be seen in the executive summary, I supplied you with in the attachment.

The help I need:
Someone capable of glueing together a simple program that automatically encrypts data of a specific folder and uploads it. More in the Attachment.
