[Metalab] fotolab - interesse

hi there is a guy called pedro here who wats to use the fotolab.
who feels responsible for it these days?!
He has developed films before but still he needs some  introduction on 
the lab protocol here, wich chemicals is he allowed to use and further 
recomendations regarding the equipment at the lab.
