Hi!

We are looking for two more Rails Developers,
one Community Manager and one Partner
Account Manager.

Since I work at Tupalo.com, I can share some
info that's not on the job description:

a) It's an awesome work atmosphere - we have
a super great team, an awesome office (with an
Xbox 360, a nice statistics dashboard, free
coffee), jumper-rooms (where you can go if
you want to not be distracted by anyone).

b) Everyone gets to spend 50$ a month on
Amazon.com for books/games/helicopters/
punching-bags/whatever for the office

c) We have a hack-week every three weeks,
that includes: work on what you want, free
breakfast and lunch, present your stuff at the
end of the week.

d) We have beer friday every friday (free beer
after 5pm)

Doesn't sound too bad, does it? :)

The bosses are really cool, too - no forced
hierarchy, you can discuss everything/bring up
ideas, do mistakes.. a really great place to learn
and work!
