Just a note:
Etching PCB's can be fun, but etching 10 identical ones might be a drag since you probably have to do one at at time with the equipment we have available at the Metalab.

For such a project I would definitely have the boards manufactured. E.g. at olimex.com in Bulgaria you can do as small runs as one single euro board. The price for 10 boards would be 19 euros/piece, dropping to 8 euros/piece for 30 boards (if I understand their pricing correctly).
