far from excellent, but i love te concept behind the language. and
have intense javascript skills (server and clientside).

first django experiences approximately a year ago, and would love to
work on top of and in django. never actually worked on a project with
it. just private interest.

evaluated pinax half a year ago for to present it at my former
employee knallgrau. its a pretty awesome application. sadly I could
just dream about actually working with it. what I coded the last 4
years was pretty much a pinax like application, but in helma
(http://helma.org).

an opinion on that has everybody. problem is: to have knowlege and let
self written code go just because its not loosely plugged enough or
doesn't fit in a mvc pattern. i hate hacked code, and love to write in
a well architecture software environment.

mostly msyql but a little bit of postgresql.

worked for wollzelle for some moths. refactored pretty much of the
gucci.com website. worked on many backend prototype.js and jquery
workflows like multi file upload, client side form validation so
called ajax forms. my home is where javascript (and similar) languages
live. so I know how to deal with flash too.

haven't worked on complete designs for some time now. but have intense
knowlege about html and css (couldn't code effects in js without it),
and would love to make a complete design again...the part when it
comes troubles and bugs of certain browsers is more a pain, but thats
the way it is...

have some experience in configuring and setting up testing/production
environments. but I not really a sysadmin. always interested to learn
new commands and tools in the shell :)

> * Shipping quality software on time; Bonus: experience with Scrum
thats the way I roll!

> * Easy-going personality and good interpersonal skills
easy going....would be a layer to agree with that ;)
I'm a very feedback oriented person. Need to give and GET feedback. So
I can handle any kind of feedback, and I need it. On the other hand, I
need to give my opinion on workflows and concepts. To make it simple:
"Even if I don't agree. I'll do it as described. But I have to say
what I think about it."

> * Excellent communications skills and experience in

cant work without svn (better git)
i'm able to email/skype/chat and love to use trac.
but i live in vienna. so we could meet pretty often, if you like to.

> * Experience in at least one of these version control systems and

worked with svn the last 5 years.
setup a git master on my server (fetzig.at) and commited some stuff to
it -> technology is so cool

> * Writing Unit -, Integration tests is self-evident for you,
>  using tools like unittest, nose, functest
everybody is talking about it, and nobody is doing it ;)
worked with testing on jalaLib a little but (unittest)

> * Good technical documentation writing for your code, restructured text;
>  Bonus: knowledge of Sphinx, Epydoc
love to document my code (even before I write it). don't know epydoc
and think i've heard of spinx ;)

I write well understandable code with meaningfull propery and function
names. and place a doc header over it :)

> * At ease with Continuous integration practices and tools;

what is that?

> * Using GUI Software test tools like Selenium; Bonus: Windmill
had a look at selenium when it came out. and used it on some knallgrau
communities. never got into the basic workflow. but it would make
testing a lot easier.

> * Good command of written and spoken English; Bonus: German
Hope my english is ok. German? Wienerisch geht ;)
