 the dot . is also a character you have to escape
 i played around with an online regex tool and it worked with this:

 {{{
 /wiki/index\.php\?title=Spezial:Anmelden&action=submitlogin&type=signup
 }}}

 though i'm not sure if you need the ^ on the beginning and the $ on the
 end too (which both mark the beginning and end of the match, duh), but
 that's something you can easily try yourself.
