[Devops] icinga 2 tech preview

jfyi after we did already announce it during the osmc presentation last 
week, it's now public even with the first tech preview, docs, fancy 
graphics, and so on.

for those liking cool numbers - a real dumb contrib/check_random.c with 
1000 hosts and 1000000 services on a 8core 16gb system did actually 
work. though in real life you would have much more instances/workers 
with builtin replication over v4/v6 ssl sockets. oh, and it also runs on 
windows.
