Also ich geh mich morgen testen für Donnerstag und ich will auch niemanden ohne negatives Testergebnis da sehen.
I was considering coming. I’ve had two regular vaccines and two boosters (the latest one "patched" for omicron), but living in Bratislava it’s nearly impossible to get tested for free (only if you have symptoms and your GP tells you to get a PCR). Do testing places in Vienna that offer free tests also do them for non-residents?
You can get tested at many pharmacies, even without insurance. for example, https://goo.gl/maps/CnygXhTJx3p4TWUBA (https://www.essenzshop.at/pages/covid-19), is easily reachable by public transport and the tests cost from 12EUR. The problem is that results can take up to 24hrs to be available. If you can get tested in Bratislava for a reasonable fee, I'm happy enough to reimburse you.
IIRC residents of Vienna can test other people for free. However living in Bratislava would make the logistics quite complicated.
As far I can tell, it starts at 40 EUR in most cases. However, I’ve just recalled I have a pack of do-it-at-home antigen (lateral flow) tests.
Great! I will also bring an antigen test just in case somebody needs last minute testing. Thanks, Harald
