[Startups] University technology transfer

Hi

yesterday some of you have mentioned a funding for technology transfer from
universities to companies (funding research at the university on the topic
provided by private company) at the amount of aprox 5000 eur. I have noted
down something like "Innovazion Scheck by FFK" but I can't really find it.
Do you have a link or exact name+organization for the fund?
