[Screeninvader] New x86_64 dev image

I've just written a horrible bash-script, since I was getting annoyed of
running over and over the same procedure.

Basic Usage:
Commands: `./runners.sh {start, stop, load, unload}`
- `load` or `unload`: Load or unload image.dd, no additional parameters.
- `start` or `stop`: Starting qemu, no additional parameters. Stop
poweroff over ssh.
