[Screeninvader] public playlist aka. experimental ipfs support

i finally enabled ipfs by default in the screeninvader - which means all  
playlist entries are published via ipfs.

for the lounge screeninvader you can get the playlist from:  
http://gateway.ipfs.io/ipns/QmYFJiV7m7e9WGYpKcUTJ7GPw469MDicoYSRPsL4RtAnRT

please note that this url will change every time the screeninvader is  
updated because a new key pair is generated. in the future i would like to  
store keypairs on the internal flash and therefore make the name of the  
ipfs node persistent.

if you wish to find out the nodeid of your screeninvader login via ssh and  
<code> ls /ipns/ </code> should list your node id.
