[Metalab] Europarat : Impfverweigerung darf nicht zur Diskriminierung führen

hi alle, 
der folgende Beschluß des Europarates wurde bereits im Jänner gefaßt, findet aber wie alle anderen volksfreundlichen Möglichkeiten kaum oder keinen Weg in die Massenmedien oder den regimegesteuerten ORF

Natürlich wirkt sich die "erlaubte" Impfverweigerung auch auf alle unter- und zugeordneten Bereiche aus wie mobiletracing, elektronische Überwachung etc .. man muß es nur EINFORDERN, sonst heißt es -- sie wollen es ja .. 

The Council of Europe (not to be confused with the EU), to which all European states with the exception of Belarus, Kosovo and the Vatican belong and which is the sponsor of the European Court of Human Rights, decided on 27.01.2021 in its resolution 2361/2021, among other things, that no one may be vaccinated against his will, under pressure.

Therefore, as of now, any compulsory vaccination is contrary to the Council of Europe resolution. Discrimination, for example in the workplace, or a ban on travel for non-vaccinated persons are thus questionable in terms of human rights. In any legal proceedings against authorities, any employer, any travel provider, any home manager, etc., one can now invoke it.
