[Metalab] The Hackers Guide to the Metalab

I've been thinking about this workshop for a while. In short it's a 
crash course in all things metalab by hackers for hackers and people 
interested in hacking. It's huge and it needs many people to cooperate, 
but i think it's a great way to bring new people to the lab. It also 
addresses the problem of conveying metalab culture to people instead of 
hoping they might someday catch the spirit.
