[Metalab] E_BROKEN_TOOTH

I had two cavities treated. One on the side of a molar and one between a
molar and a premolar.
If i remember correctly (its been a while now) i payed around 60 euros, in
the one instance where i payed cash.
This may be more interesting to Yvan:
The second time i used my european health insurance card (issued by a
member state) and did not pay anything at all, so it went directly to my
state-issued insurance.
It required filling in a form (which they conveniently had pre-printed) and
that was it.
