[Metalab] Opendata / ViennaGIS / basemap.at Adressen

I still didn't get, while Google/other Geolocation-API ist not a
solution. When the user enters his address, you do a client or server
side API call, and get a WGS84 coordinate. Then you check, if the
coordinates are within a predefined WGS84 polygon (your coverage area).

What did I miss? Or does it have to be offline?
