I think there will be big considerations by other members about "making Metalab look like a company".

Imagine I receive a job via Metalab, screw up because I am to lazy, stupid, whatever and people start talking about Metalab like a company and to not go there.

On the other hand, if it works out, we will have to cope with a lot more help requests.

So I have mixed feelings.
