Vraag:

On a computer camp (https://ohm2013.org) near Amsterdam around August 1st, my group is interested to launch a weatherballon with an RS80 radiosonde as part of an educational effort.

Do we need special permission? How do we go about getting a license to launch?

(My group is from Austria, so we're not familiar with the the laws in your country).

Thanks in advance.
