Even we.. oops, i mean "aliens" need up-to-date weather reports. My boss.. uh "they" always get angry when a flying saucer crashes because the pilot flew into a hurricane. Thats why we get the earthlings, sorry, why the aliens get us to fly weather balloons and satellites.
