Sorry, I got it wrong. Kabsi (NÖ) bought BNet (Bgld) and their name is
now Kabelplus. So yes, Lower Austria works of course. The availability
link on the website didn't work for me. But Kabsi never provided
services in Vienna, simply because they do not own the cable network.
