Kabelplus is the former BNet provider who owns the cable-network in
Burgenland. I don't think they offer anything in Vienna. The same is
probably the case for liwest, since that means Linz/Wels/Enns/Steyr,
which are all in Upper Austria.
But the local cable providers ouside Vienna are usually very reliable.
