My university faculty in Vienna gives away old PCs for free (+ 17"
monitors). Maybe someone is interested ...

Liebe alle,

wir haben noch einige alte, aber funktionsfähige Computer und Monitore,
die schon außerhalb der Garantie sind und deshalb von uns nicht mehr
verwendet werden können.

Falls jemand einen oder mehrere solcher Computer brauchen sollte
(Tastaturen, Mäuse und Kabel können wir eventuell auch dazugeben),
bitte ein Mail an

    helpdesk.mathematik at univie.ac.at

schicken. Ausgegeben wird nach dem Windhundprinzip (First-Come,
First-Served).

    Dell OptiPlex GX620
    Pentium 4 2.80GHz
    ~80 GB Festplatte
    1GB - 2GB RAM
    DVD-Laufwerk

Monitor:
    Verschiedene 17" Monitore

Dear all,

we have some old, but still functioning computers and monitors which we
don't use anymore since the warranty has expired a while ago.

If you need one or more such computers (we can probably also give you
keyboards, mice and cables), please write an e-mail to

The computers are given away on a first-come, first-served basis.
