Tried it internally (Lenovo and the Thinkpads are not part of IBM
though, and the laptop is my personal one) :)
I only got offered the whole assembly,

which IMHO is rather wasteful (and expensive, even at internal prices)
as only the fan isn't working anymore.

As I said, you can get the IBM T43P Cooling Fan Long M24 assembly at
ACP, ... but I want only the fan.

Yeah, found a few of those on ebazy, amazon, et.al. But I wanted to
try localy before I order it online.
