I just got the confirmation for our reservation! :-)

The details:

*) Friday, October 7th, 1pm - 5.30pm. If we want we can have a 30 minute
 break.

*) They told me it doesn't matter if we are slightly more or less than
 the 12 people who signed up, but we can't be less than 8 or more than 20.

*) It's 12 Euro per person, we should meet a bit earlier so I can
 collect the money from everyone.
