[Metalab] extra-bright LED

  Hi,

i am looking for the brightest LED for a reasonable price (<50€), or an 
array of LEDs on very small space with some possibillity of making the 
output beam only about 10°.
It is for making my own divelight, and i will be running it off a 
Lead–acid battery (Bleiakku).
Anyone has a suggestion on the LED, and how to narrow the beam to 10°?
