Sweet. Also if anyone is interested, Phil (aka the Glitchfucker) is
doing a show tomorrow at Museumsquartier.

Destillieren
A night of experimental electronic music

Monday 13th December - 7:30 pm | Raum D | Museums Quartier |
Museumsplatz 1 1070 Vienna, Austria

Clemens Hausch
Klaus Filip
Phillip Stearns
Benjani Tomasi

Clemens Hausch (AT)
Clemens uses techniques like feedback and live-resampling to create
dense, ever-changing landscapes of ambiance and noise; sonic scenery
that changes and evolves, and oscillate between minimal and chaotic.
He also works on installation projects and graphic design, and is
co-founder of the Viennese Moozak label & event platform.

Klaus Filip (AT)
Klaus works with pure sine-waves, overlapping with themselves, playing
off the acoustics of the concert space, searching for the individual
limits of perception. Collaborations include projects with Radu
Malfatti, Werner Dafeldecker, Dieb13, Christof Kurzmann, Boris Hauf,
Christian Fennesz, Jason Kahn, John Butcher, Sabine Marte, Gilles
Aubry, noid, Cordula Bösze, Silvia Faessler, Taku Unami, Taku
Sugimoto, Toshimaru Nakamura and Kai Fagaschinski ("Los
Glissandinos").

Phillip Stearns (US)
Phillip is an interdisciplinary artist working across mediums, drawing
from a variety of disciplines. His sound works feature creative uses
of feedback in both analog and digital systems. The music he produces
with these systems ranges from minimal drones to complex rhythms,
often exploring nuanced and subtle changes, challenging the limits of
perception, and flirting with collapse into pure chaos.

Bejamin Tomasi (IT)
Benjamin weaves together live guitar with sampled soundfields,
creating intricate atmospheres and ethereal melodic fragments. As an
artist principally involved in sound, video and installation he has
collaborated with Bernhard Garnicnig, Coppè, Alex Murray-Leslie and
has been a member of Thalija, a postrock collective, since 2001/02.
