Hi Matthew,

some more things to consider when working as an employee:

is it an "all in" Arrangement or will they pay for every hour overtime ( 
which includes a 50% to 100% Overtime bonus, dependig if you work during 
the day or night or on weekends )

Austrian social Insurance System (Sozialversicherung, SV) also includes 
rates for the federal pension insurance as well as a contribution for the 
dispatching cash ( the second is a very small amount paid by the Employer 
)

and paid sick time cannot be endless - after 6 weeks you get only half 
salary ( but the Health insurance company pays a Sick pay instead )
