make our n900 boot various distributions (debian, fedora, maemo, mer,  
openwrt, ...) from partitions and/or disk images.
explore the possibilities of dedicated pre built boot images
dig deep into the guts of maemo to find out what makes it different from  
an ordinary desktop linux distribution
go for more gstreamer fun
take a look into cross compiler setups
take a look into distributed build solutions (n900 <-> pc, n900 <-> n900,  
etc.)
tweak & compile our own kernel


That's merely a list of things i lately did and i could share. don't  
hesitate to come up with your own ideas & hacks ;)
