[Metalab] studio wanted

hallo lieber leser,

i'm a recent arrival in Wien, and i'm looking for a studio room to rent 
long-term. i make software-driven artworks, often with sound and/or 
sculptural components (lights, electronics, some mechanical systems); i 
also do some programmer-for-hire work (to pay the rent). you can see some 
of my work at http://frey.co.nz .

the perfect room would be:
. less than 10 min. walk from Südtiroler Platz (1040)
. with a tiny kochnische for making tea and toasting bread
. about 15-20 sq.m big
. a room i can close the door to, so i can make sound and blinkenlichter 
without distracting other people
. (ideally) in a space shared with other people doing similar work, so i 
can have someone else to talk to in the kitchen sometimes
