vielen dank! hat anstandslos so funktioniert, boote nun von flash. ich nehm 
mal an boot über tftp/nfs ist v.a. dann angenehm, wenn man beginnt, selbst 
images zu züchten...

die eclipse-integration funktioniert übrigens einwandfrei - wenn man eclipse 
schon gewohnt ist, lohnt sich das imho jedenfalls.
