ja, und zwar weil die beiden (jodi) sozusagen grossmutter und  
grossvater von netzkunst sind.
sie haben wesentlich zur praegung dieser kunstform beigetragen und  
sind als pioniere nicht wegzudenken.
(auch wenns netzkunst in dem sinn wohl nicht mehr gibt)

vor 13 jahren war das definitiv ein projekt, das von den niederlanden  
mit einigem budget gefoerdert worden ist.
