[Metalab] Get remote video url for: youtube, googlevideos, bliptv, etc......

I like UnPlug, it works for lots of sites including youtube.com, 
ifilm.com, current.tv, revver.com, peekvid.com, video.google.com, 
mobuzztv.com and lots, lots more.
