[Metalab] Get remote video url for: youtube, googlevideos, bliptv, etc......

Hallo Lableute

I'm finishing an application to add subtitles to online videos and I
need to find the script to get remote video url from: youtube,
googlevideos, bliptv, etc......

Specially from youtube.
There is lot of sites where you can get this, but I cannot find the way
to get the conversion between , for example:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=4PC2XHryiZU
to:
http://youtube.com/get_video.php?video_id=4PC2XHryiZU&sw=0.05&l=40&sk=nwOQhJ4ZK8dVk_XgPIWT_AC&fmt_map=&t=OEgsToPDskKSMjnUezpVqgWbPk1YslJ2&hl=en&plid=AARMAQgMgjyh4xHxAAAAoAAAAAA&title=Metalab%20party%20mode

(I did this in http://www.techcrunch.com/get-youtube-movie/ )

Someone knows the best way to do that?
