[Metalab] MetalabTV computer?

Hi all,
about the idea to do regular video transmissions from metalab

To start it is needed a computer, let's call it, streambox.
I asked some people if there is any computer available in metalab for this.
The main work that the computer should do is live encoding using 
ffmpeg2theora or Puredata patches. I'm not sure at this moment about 
minimal requeriments for the streambox, but maybe could be a  2,4 Ghz 
CPU / 512 RAM
