Klingt ein bisschen wie Automator ( http://www.apple.com/macosx/ 
features/automator/ ) fürs Intarweb. Laut dem Suggestions Board  
( http://feedback.yahoo.com/?prop=Pipes ) soll es Daten von  
verschiedenen Seiten parsen, in Kontext stellen und irgendwie  
ausgeben können.
