 When standing in the kitchen area in front of the toilets, you can't hear
 people speaking at the presenter's location in the main room. However,
 every whisper is amplified and clearly hearable in the whole main room.

 This is exactly the wrong way around. Maybe somebody has an idea on how to
 fix the acoustics?
