 I just fixed the lock. It locks now and the signaling whether it's
 occupied or not is also fixed. The metal bar inside the lock had become
 too lose and that's the reason why it was broken.

 The spring in the door handle is still broken so I'll leave the ticket
 open. We need a new door locking mechanism to fix this. I think it costs
 approximately 10-15€.
 Something similar to this, but with a locking mechanism for bathrooms:
