 Hi! I've just tried to clean the projector, but I wasn't able to do more
 than vacuum cleaning from outside (which does close to nothing).
 The [http://www.infocus.com/resources/documents/IN3120/InFocus-IN3128HD-
 UserGuide.pdf owners manual] tells me how to change the light bulb, but
 there is no guide or information on how you can actually clean the
 projector.

 I've also enabled the option 'lamp saving' in the advanced menu, but the
 fans are still spinning up.

 Just checked out the [http://www.infocus.com/projectors/IN3128HD#support
 support page] for firmware-updates or other hints. There is a newer
 firmware image available, but the changelog doesn't mention anything that
 might be related to our fan issue.

 There is also some [http://www.infocus.com/projectors/troubleshooting-tree
 Troubleshooting] page, which only tells me exactly what I've done (vacuum
 cleaning, enable eco-mode). They also mention that ''fans need to run on
 max to sufficiently cool the projector when upside down'', which is also
 our case...

 We maybe need to send it in warranty, the bill dates back to 18.12.2013,
 so we should still have warranty.

 If you want to send the projector in warranty, I can mail you the bill.
