 After A successfully fixed the setup, the web page we used to generate the
 labels is now down.

 The URL is http://kariert.org, which only shows the Apache 2 test page
 right now.

 Does someone have a replacement? I rigged up a quick one in WordPad, but
 it was very painful to get the layout/text sizes right, and it's all
 freeform text.
