#278: Lounge lighting has issues

Comment (by a):
I slightly improved the Lounge lighting today by balancing the lamps so
the lamps aren't missing on the side but in the middle. Lighting was
further improved by a lamp provided by Christian, I believe.
Sockets appear to be GU10 sockets. According to Amir we need LED lights up
there due to heat issues.
The current LED lights are of the non-dimmable variety (Well, they do dim,
but they don't do so properly.)
I therefore recommend completely replacing the existing LEDs with these,
which are dimmable, have excellent energy efficiency (A+), a very long
lifespan (40k hours, i.e. 4.5 years, but in reality, they are LEDs, so
they'll probably last quite a while longer. The next better option only
has 15k) and a very warm color temperature of 2.7k K:

The lounge lighting has 6 such sockets, so this comes down to about 124,74
EUR.
The next cheaper option only costs ~9 EUR each, but has less than half
that lifespan...
This might also resolve #277, at a total of 2220 (370*6) lumen, the lounge
should be relatively bright with this setup in an undimmed state (Equal to
about six 50W conventional bulbs), although the color temperature is not
ideal for cleanup - but that's completely negligible.
