Comment:

 The projector seems to be running ok (at least for 1+ hour). Always screw
 the connection where possible and sometimes it might be the graphic card
 of the pc/laptop. Document with some more details as to use of extra
 cable, adaptor etc. if it happens again.

 Minor: the projector has two legs that (un)screw to fix the top limit of
 the casting position. The width exceeds the screen limits - zoom-in a
 little?
