 Needs: Madagascar style shutdown & as many equipment owners as possible
 present. Any suggestions for when? I purpose Fri-->Sat or Sat-->Fri
 sometime very early in the morning when everyone is huddled in the Lounge,
 we can keep the Loungenet and/or the AP next to the lounge up and just
 yank everything else (I suppose we could keep the APs in general up, but
 I'm wary of the service interruptions...)
