New description:

 The new way of getting money out of the open money case for putting it in
 the safe improved time and reduced expenses by eliminating the note
 blocks. But the note blocks were providing a valuable information that
 remained out of the safe for checking if money are missing "undocumented"
 (aka stollen:)
 How about an electronic way of accounting with a small tablet there?
