Comment:

 The microphone is now working as indicated by the mixer's input leds and
 is in the box with wireless microphone under the mixer.
 Main problem was that the wires coming from the capsule where both cut
 before faceplate's pins.
 Seem's that had been over-shaken/mishandled to allow the inner axis nut
 loosen, thus the mounting board rotated with enough power to cut the very
 thin capsule wires. Probably MIGHT happen again if the ring don't provide
 loosing protection to the nut due to vibration.
 Also the XLR mail-socket is repaired by cutting a new slot for straight
 screwdriver (handle with care). NOTICE that because the screw is inside it
 is clockwise UNscrewing but also applying pressure to microphone's body
 (thus holding it to position).
 The soldering has been redone except to the cables' extensions connection
 to keep it free of peaks as possible.

 Minor TODO: Ear-test and use for a non-critical use case (to gain working
 credibility:)
