Comment:

 If we're still within the warranty time, we should get the fader crackle
 fixed on warranty NOW, but if we don't (which I suspect) it's sorta
 working anyway (just mix with the individual channels and leave the master
 faders at a fixed level, we don't use many channels simultaneously
 anyway). Thus, closing for the time being; measures shall be taken when
 the fault turns critical.
