 Removed the sticky.
 Switched on (after adjusting the clock - remember:
 https://metalab.at/wiki/Herd)
 All oven modes are working.
 Issue resolved.

 Props to the cleaning agent, you rock!
 (just a sprinkling too much of your pixie dust
 or use non-conducting one to avoid leakage current)
