Comment:

 If you have similar problems, please add to this ticket. If possible add
 as much information as you can possibly acquire at the time the problem
 occurs. This includes:

 Date/Time
 IPv4 of the devices, including net mask and router IP (even if received
 via DHCP)
 MAC Address of the devices
 IPv6 of the devices (even if received via DHCPv6 or stateless autoconfig)

 You can get this information by using `ifconfig` (Linux, OS X, BSD) or
 `ip` Linux or `ipconfig /all` on Windows XP/Vista or `netsh` on Windows
 7/8.

 If possible find out to which WiFi spot you were connected to. On OS X you
 can get that information by ⌥ (alt) clicking the WiFi Symbol in your menu
 bar.

 Sombody familiar with Linux, Android and Windows please add on how to
 obtain this information on these systems.
